Cisco GSX conference concert & Toyota trade show

JRC Live was contracted by G7 to handle all show/production elements of Cisco GSX and Toyota trade show. JRC Live was the point contact for the concert following the Cisco GSX conference. JRC Live handled all artist/venue relations leading up to the show including: day of show load in, set up, meet and greet schedule, advancing with band personnel, production load in, sound check, green room, dressing room, hospitality, settlement of finances after show.
JRC Live also handled performance relations with the Toyota trade show including including The Fire and Ice mixer for the trade show.
