JRC Live was contracted by G7 to handle all artist/speaker relations for The Sage Summit conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. JRC Live handled all guest speaker/artist relations for the conference including: coordinating drop off pick up points with management, security and resort officials. Meet and Greet schedules, Hospitality & green room schedules with Resort, speaker/artist escorts to and from stage, make-up, sound check and performance. Advancement of schedules with management and settling of finances following each speaking engagement and performance.
